Rental Confirmation and Cancellation Rules

• Rentals are confirmed instantly.
• Rental agencies may cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental start (and before car delivery begins); McRental refunds eligible payments to the renter.
• Renters may cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental start (and before delivery begins) for a full refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before start, after delivery has begun, or after the rental start are not refunded except as required by law or platform policy.
